Cost for a Poster:

• Large (11" x 14") — 20 famous Moms, Dads or others with one central block in the middle for your recipient: $34.95
• You have the option of adding a photo of your loved one for an additional $10. Please ensure that the photo is good quality, well focused and nicely color balanced. We cannot guarantee the quality of the poster if the quality of the photo is bad to start with.

Ordering a Poster:

Please keep in mind that each poster is created when you order it — no "fast food" type of quality here! Generally speaking, it should take about 2-3 business days to get your poster created. That's when we send you a proof via email (in pdf format) and wait to hear back from you about the suitability of how the poster looks. If there are no changes, then we put it through the printing process (usually that takes 1-3 business days) and get it ready for shipping. We ship via U.S. Mail First Class, so depending on where you are, it could take another 2-5 business days after that. We do offer expedited shipping for an additional fee, and if you let us know you are trying to meet a specific date, please let us know and we will do our best to meet that date.

Framing:

We do offer simple framing at an additional cost. We don't generally recommend this option though for several reasons. First is the additional shipping charges that you will incur. We have to add insurance due to the fact that when a framed item is shipped, it is much more vulnerable to damage. Because we are not a framing company, we don't buy frames in bulk and therefore don't offer really good pricing on frames. You would be much better off purchasing a frame yourself once you receive the poster. Lastly, by offering these incredibly personal posters unframed, we allow the end-user to determine what kind of frame they want and what would go best with their decor. Keeping all that in mind, the charges for framing are:

Shipping & Handling:

Shipping a large poster is $6.95 and a small one is $4.95 via First Class U.S. Mail. Every poster is securely shipped in a super stiff mailer that cannot be bent (even by the most vicious postal clerk!) We can ship faster for an additional fee; please contact us if you would like to speed up the shipping process.

Guarantee:

We want you to be happy (really, we do!). To that end, if we make a mistake on any portion of your poster, we will cheerfully fix the error, re-print and mail the new one out to you at no cost to you. To that end, we provide you with an electronic proof of your poster. It is very important that you review it and make sure everything is OK. If the mistake is on information you provided, then we will still fix the error and reprint the poster at no charge to you, however, you will be charged for the additional shipping and handling to get the corrected version to you.

Mom Posters, Dad Posters, Pride Posters, You Go Girl Posters and Personal Posters are all divisions of Survivor Posters, and all credit card charges will show up on your statement as being from Survivor Posters.
